Inspired by the deep philosophical teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, the “Karma Dharma Shadow” hoodie explores the relationship between human action, cosmic duty, and the shadow of illusion.

In Eastern philosophy, the material world is often described as Maya—a transient shadow of a deeper, ultimate reality. Within this shadow, we navigate the forces of Karma (action) and Dharma (righteous duty). This piece translates that spiritual journey into a modern, minimalist streetwear aesthetic, set against a warm, grounded sand-brown palette.

The Design Concept

1. The Front: Karma & Reckoning
2. On the chest, the word “KARMA” is rendered in a fluid, shifting, wave-like font in clean white. Underneath, the word “RECKONING” stands quiet and direct in a muted, deeper brown tone.
3. In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna teaches that no living being can escape action, and every action carries an invisible weight. Just as a body cannot step away from its own shadow, our choices follow us. The front of the hoodie represents this inevitability—the reckoning of our thoughts and actions as they echo through life.

The Back: Dharma & Awakening

On the back, the word “DHARMA” is anchor-printed in white, with a striking, distorted shadow layer stretching upward like rising flames in a deep earth-brown tone. Beneath it, the word “AWAKENING” is subtly positioned.

Dharma is the path of cosmic alignment and self-realization. The distorted shadow rising behind "DHARMA" symbolizes the struggle of the ego (Ahamkara) and the illusions (Maya) we must confront on our journey. As we align with our true nature, the shadows of doubt and ignorance do not disappear; instead, they are transformed and elevated. It represents the moment of awakening—moving beyond the shadow of the material world into spiritual clarity.
